Please read below our return policy before you return any product:
- A return can be initiated within 12 days from the date of the invoice. After the said period we will not accept any requests.
- To return your product, E-mail us at contact@indicareers15@gmail.com with your order details and our team will get in touch with you and process your return.
- We do not have a reverse pick up facility, hence the customer themselves will have to ship us the product back. We recommend you opt for a reliable courier service. The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the product. Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The customer will have to share the courier details of the product returned including the name of the courier agency opted, tracking number/document number, and date of shipping with us at contact@indicareers15@gmail.com
- Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and is in a sale-able condition.
- No Claim will be entertained without opening parcel video.
- We request you to maintain the original packaging of the products to be returned, including the invoice.
- Once our team has received your returned product, the return and refund are subject to your return product have met the appropriate requirements of being undamaged. INDICAREERS reserves the right to reject the return from any particular customer, in case the return criteria are not met.
- The refund will be initiated within 2-4 working days after we receive the earlier shipment using the same online mode of payment through which the order was originally made and will be reflected in your bank account within 10-15 business days. If the payment method was Cash on Delivery we will ask for your bank account details via your registered email address or phone number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
